Our articles DO NOT INCLUDE shipping costs, except in case of error or omission. The amount corresponding to them will depend on the type of material sent, weight, cubic capacity, type of shipment and address of the addressee.

Shipment of the order

When and how will you receive your orders? In only 3 to 5 working days (no holidays or weekends) after we have received the payment of the order, you will be enjoying your order as long as we have stock. If you choose to pay by bank transfer you must take into account that the payment takes one or two working days to reach us.

Shipments by Cash on Delivery option (payment method not included in this website) will carry, in addition to the corresponding freight, the costs generated by the carrier’s commission for this type of shipments. There are certain items that, due to their shipping value or need of programming and/or previous labor, will not be sent by this method.

The price for orders within the peninsular Spain are those that govern the web, with higher shipping costs for the Balearic Islands. At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. No shipments will be made to PO Boxes. The delivery time indicated above will be effective in the event that the customer is reachable at the place of delivery during that period and depending on the availability of the requested item.

The order will be cancelled in either of the following two cases:

1. Delivery cannot be made when delivery has been attempted twice.
2. It has not been possible to contact the customer within 2 working days after the first failed delivery attempt.

In the event that the product arrives in deteriorated or defective condition, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition, of course without any additional charge to you. For this it is necessary to communicate the incident to the carrier at the time of receipt of the product and provide us with a copy of the incident report from the carrier.


In La Galeria Azul our main objective is the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we want to make sure that the product you have purchased in our store always corresponds to your expectations. If this is not the case, you have 15 calendar days, counting from the day of receipt of the merchandise, to return the product. Simply write us an email to info@lagaleriaazul.com indicating your name, address, telephone number, ID number and the product you wish to return. As soon as possible we will contact you to arrange a day to pick up the product. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from La Galeria Azul.

The collection of the product will be managed by La Galeria Azul and the expenses derived from this return (the same paid for the shipment) will be assumed by the customer.

The refund of the purchase will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items in La Galeria Azul. After checking the condition of the goods, which must be unused and in its original packaging (including unbroken seals and bags in the event that the goods had them), we will proceed to refund the amount (shipping and collection costs not included) in the same way in which the purchase was made, except in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer.

In the event that in a return the article is not in the mentioned conditions, it will be sent back to the customer, and the corresponding shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

We will not accept returns of those products “which, by their nature, cannot be returned (…) or susceptible to be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use” (law 47/2002 of December 19, 2002, of Retail Trade Management art. 45). We will specify in the description of the product if it does not admit return.
